Do You Use The Plation Service?

In the early version of Office, only Microsoft Word can provide plation functions.

The new generation of Microsoft Office 2003 uses the "information retrieval" function to plate in Word 2003, Excel 2003, Outlook 2003, PowerPoint 2003 and Publisher 2003.

It uses local and online bilingual dictionaries and online Machine Translation to provide plation services.

The following author introduces Microsoft Office Word 2003 as an example to introduce the plation service function of Microsoft Office 2003. If you haven't used it yet, I hope it can help you.

When you install the plation dictionary for the first time, when you first use the plation service, you will pop up a request installation dialog box, install the client dictionary, and click "yes" to install it. When you install it, when you connect to Internet, the online dictionary will also be automatically available.

You can also add or delete available language pairs by setting up the plation option so that you can use the online online dictionary or use online Machine Translation when the dictionary installed in the machine is not available, because if the search engine does not find the result in the dictionary installed on the computer, it will return the available plation from the online dictionary (as shown in Figure 2).

If you do not see the required bilingual dictionaries in the plation options, you may need to install Microsoft proofreading tools.

The Microsoft Office 2003 proofing tool is a loading package, which includes proofreading tools developed by Microsoft for more than 30 languages, such as font, spelling and grammar checker, AutoCorrect list, automatic compilation summary rule (applicable to Microsoft Word), plation dictionary, and input method suitable for Asian languages.

The proofreading tools for Microsoft Office? 2003 are included in the single CD (which can be purchased from the store) and you can add them to any Microsoft Office 2003 program.

Two, bilingual dictionaries can be used to plate individual words or phrases by using bilingual dictionaries.

If you choose or enter the word (or phrase) to be plated, the word (or phrase) entered will be compared with the bilingual dictionary.

Your software contains bilingual dictionaries, and other bilingual dictionaries are located in Microsoft Office Online.

Method: first, select the word (or phrase) to be plated in the file, click "tool to information retrieval", or click the "information retrieval" function button in the toolbar (as shown in Figure 3).

In the search list in the information retrieval pane, select plation, and then display the contents of the plation below the pane.

You can display the plation content in the information retrieval pane on the right side of the document by clicking "tool to language plation" directly.

If you want to change the language for plation, in the plation of the information retrieval task pane, select the source language and target language to be plated.

Method two: by pressing the "Alt" button and using the left mouse button to click the word (or phrase) to be plated, the content of the plation will be displayed in the "information retrieval" pane on the right side of the document.

If you want to plate a short sentence, please choose the short sentence first, then hold down the Alt key and click the selected content.

Filing And Binding Of Documents

The completed documents must be properly collated and bound. This work is carried out by the document receiving and dispatching department year after year. The accounting documents are arranged and bound in accordance with the accounting year, and then they are kept separately. If the necessary documents are not arranged in the year of the accounting period, a suitable time period can be selected, which should be marked by the binding year and the length of the document.
