Italy Intends To Revise The Regulations On The Sale Of Textiles, Leather Goods And Footwear
In November 15, 2010, Italy issued a circular. The Ministry of economic development of Italy is going to revise its sales of textiles, leather goods and footwear. Regulations 。
The decree contains 4 articles:
- the first section details information that must be included in the normative documents provided for the finished and semi-finished products intended for sale (providing each stage of manufacturing and observing the applicable national and international standards).
- the second article specifies the requirements that must be met in the industry for the purpose of using the "made in Italy" logo within the scope of the law. The same provision also stipulates that the final substantive pformation of such products must be carried out in Italy in order to use the "made in Italy" logo.
- third provides that if manufacturers have clear proof of completion of each stage of the site.
