The Passing Rate Of Clothing Products In Yunnan Was Only 76.7%&Nbsp, Down From Last Year.
Recently, the Yunnan provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau informed the Yunnan clothing product quality supervision and spot checks.

Physical quality
The pass rate of spot checks was 76.7%, which was 13 percentage points lower than that of the same period last year, and the quality of 14 batches of products was not up to 90%.
It is understood that the spot checks are focused on the garment production and processing enterprises with a certain scale in Kunming. A total of 60 batch products of 32 garment processing enterprises in Kunming area are selected.
The key products of the survey include woven garments, overcoats, trousers, shirts, casual clothing, children's clothing, down garments and other woven fabrics. The samples are tested in strict accordance with the relevant national standards of products. The key items are the fiber content of fabrics, formaldehyde content, acid perspiration fastness, alkali fastness to perspiration, color fastness to washing, color fastness to water, and dry rubbing fastness.

Quality consciousness
There is little knowledge about the national standard, the quality of the product is not attached to the quality of the product, the legal responsibility for the inspection and acceptance of the raw materials is not fulfilled, and there is no corresponding supplier evaluation system. The material provided by the fabric is not verified (or the frequency of verification is not enough), and the fabric composition of the clothing is marked, which is the main reason for the disqualification of the content labeling of the clothing fiber components.
It is reported that the quality and Technology Supervision Bureau of the provincial quality and Technology Supervision Bureau has been in strict accordance with the quality of the spot checks.
Product quality law
It shall be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, and the enterprises shall be urged to make rectification within a time limit.
