In recent years, with the rapid increase of domestic labor production costs and the acceleration of the establishment of global regional free trade zones, more and more Spin clothing Through going out, enterprises can make full use of two domestic and foreign resources and two markets to avoid trade risks and participate in global competition, so as to promote the sustainable development of the domestic textile and garment industry.

At present, the domestic textile and garment enterprises are mainly concentrated in Southeast Asia. These countries attract geopolitical advantages, policy support, low labor costs, and enjoy preferential policies such as the European Union and Japan's GSP and tariff reduction in free trade zones to attract domestic textile and garment enterprises to invest and build factories. According to statistics from relevant departments, there were 47 textile and garment enterprises invested in factories in Kampuchea, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Burma in 2012, an increase of 1.6 times compared with 2011, and textile and garment enterprises stepped out of the pace.

With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration and the establishment of regional free trade zones, China's textile and garment industry is facing industrial transformation and upgrading, rising costs, the gradual disappearance of demographic dividends and the increasing pressure on product mix adjustment.

The main reason is that the development of industry has entered the stage of transformation and upgrading. From product design to research and development, to the establishment of marketing channels, to the development of brands, and to the increase of domestic production costs, especially the increase in labor costs, the operating profit of enterprises has dropped significantly. Two, the demographic dividend has gradually decreased, and the employment concept of young people has changed greatly after 90 years. Rather, they are willing to make less money and do not want to engage in manufacturing industry; three, the establishment of regional free trade zones and preferential tariffs of GSP, such as the tariff free export of Bangladesh and Kampuchea to the EU, the establishment of a free trade area between Japan and ASEAN, and the zero tariff policy of ASEAN countries to Japan, which will greatly weaken the competitiveness of China's textile and garment export.
